If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

📦 SHIPPING ISSUES






La’la Boutique 80 is not responsible for:





  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages






Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved replacements or store credits will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not be approved.
