All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Processing time does not include shipping time.
During sales, new drops, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We currently ship via USPS and/or UPS.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
⏱️ Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.
📍 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
La’la Boutique 80 is not responsible for:
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, La’la Boutique 80 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
🌍 International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability will be listed at checkout if offered.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
